Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Imagit ships exclusively via FedEx. Customers may select from any of FedEx's available service levels at checkout. Rates are calculated in real time based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the service selected.

Processing Time

  • In-stock orders placed before 5:00 p.m. Central on a business day are processed and shipped the next business day
  • Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Central, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed the following business day
  • Custom or special-order items: lead time communicated at order confirmation
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays

Order Tracking

FedEx tracking information is emailed automatically when your order ships. You can also check your order status through your Imagit account.

Insurance

All enterprise hardware shipments are fully insured during transit through FedEx's declared value insurance.

Signature Requirement

Orders over $1,000 require signature upon delivery. An adult (18+) must be present to sign. If no one is available, FedEx will attempt redelivery per their standard procedures.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to FedEx (FOB Shipping Point). Once FedEx has possession, any claims for loss or damage in transit must be filed with FedEx. Imagit will assist in filing carrier claims for insured shipments.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Imagit is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Re-shipment fees may apply.
