Standard Returns (Hardware Products)

Important: Imagit does not accept returns on opened, used, or installed products except in the case of verified defects (DOA). All non-defective returns must be in original, factory-sealed packaging with all manufacturer seals intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or installed products (except verified DOA / defective)
- Products with broken manufacturer seals or tampered packaging
- Custom-configured or special-order hardware
- Software licenses once activated or registered
- Products with tampered, missing, or altered serial numbers
- Products damaged by misuse, modification, or improper installation
- Items purchased more than 15 days ago (except under manufacturer warranty)
How to Initiate a Return
- Email sales@imagit.com with your order number, product, and reason for return
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 business day
- Ship the item in its original factory-sealed packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outer shipping box
- Do not write on, tape over, or otherwise mark the product's original packaging
Return Shipping
- Defective / our error: We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no charge
- Buyer's remorse / other: Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. Imagit is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Defective / DOA Process
- If a product is defective on arrival or fails within the first 15 days, contact sales@imagit.com immediately
- You may be required to provide diagnostic information or test results to confirm the defect
- Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund
- Defective claims after 15 days are handled directly by the manufacturer under their warranty
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Returns received with broken seals, missing accessories, or evidence of use will be rejected and shipped back at the buyer's expense
Damaged Shipments
- Inspect all shipments upon delivery
- If damage is visible, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt
- Photograph all damage (outer box and product) and email sales@imagit.com within 48 hours
- We will file a carrier claim and ship a replacement or issue a full refund
Volume / Bulk Order Returns
Returns on orders of 10+ units require advance coordination. Contact sales@imagit.com before shipping. Additional restocking terms may apply for bulk returns.
